The Colleges Council Graduate Preview Day took place at The Hospital Club on Friday 10th May. The event included presentation of the BFC's Colleges Council Portfolio Awards, supported by Fashion Monitor and WGSN.

Rita Ora hosted the launch of the annual British Designers Collective at Bicester Village on 2nd May 2013. Now in its fourth year, the boutique will follow the theme of 'Future Vintage' offering an edit of iconic pieces inspired by British fashion past and present selected by consultant Yasmin Sewell. Designers taking part include London Fashion Week stars Holly Fulton, J.W. Anderson, Lucas Nascimento, Meadham Kirchhoff, Mary Katrantzou, Richard Nicoll, David Koma and Roksanda Ilincic.

On Thursday 18th April Danny Lopez, HM Consul General in New York, hosted a cocktail reception at The British Residence to celebrate British menswear and to announce the Show Schedule for London Collections: Men. Guests included menswear designers and members of the industry.

LONDON show ROOMS New York opened at Industria Superstudio on Tuesday 16th April with a Private View for press, buyers and members of the industry. This season, the showroom featured 22 designers, a mixture of both womenswear and menswear AW13 collections.

LONDON show ROOMS LA opened at Ace Gallery Beverly Hills with a Private View for members of the industry on Wednesday 10th April for an opportunity to meet the designers and view their AW13 collections.

On Tuesday 9th April, Zanna Roberts Rassi hosted a cocktail party at the Thompson Hotel to celebrate the opening of LONDON show ROOMS in Los Angeles. Guests included Selena Gomez, Hayley Atwell, Pixie Geldof and some of London's brightest stars of British fashion.

BFC Ambassador for Emerging Talent, Sarah Mower hosted a private view for members of the industry at LONDON show ROOMS in Paris on Friday 1st March where designers showcased their autumn/winter 2013 collections at Le Loft.

On Thursday 28th February, The British Ambassador to France, Sir Peter Ricketts, hosted a reception to celebrate British Designers in Paris. See images from the event where guests included Christopher Kane, Erdem Moralioglu, Anya Hindmarch and members of the industry. This event was sponsored by the Woolmark Company.

Samantha Cameron hosted a reception at 10 Downing Street for members of the fashion industry on Friday 15th February. Guests included Anna Wintour OBE, Manolo Blahnik CBE & Salma Hayek.
