The British Fashion Council supports and promotes leading British Fashion Designers in a global market place.  Funding comes from the generosity of leading businesses in fashion retail, media and finance and support from the Mayor of London, European Regional Development Fund, UK Trade & Investment and the Arts Council.

The BFC relies on its patrons, their longstanding commitment over the last 25 years has made international promotion of the British fashion industry and its talented designers possible.  BFC patronage is an opportunity for these industry benefactors to collectively pass on their expertise and knowledge to a sector of British industry which is globally recognised for excellence, creativity and talent.  All patrons play an important and mutually beneficial role by investing in developing future design stars and building the global reputation of our industry.
